How to optimize personnel costs: three steps of one strategy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the economic and legal aspects of the personnel cost optimization process. Currently, there is a difficult period for doing business. it is impossible to predict when this period will end and what the consequences will be for all types of businesses. In times of crisis, optimization in this matter begins and ends with staff reduction. Is it always necessary to take extreme measures? Is it possible to significantly optimize costs in a stable period? The author considers optimization as a strategy and proposes effective methods for different stages of its implementation. The legal aspects of the optimization process has a particular place in the article that allow an entrepreneur to make an informed decision within the law.Â
