The use of elements of the bionic organization in the production of electrical equipment

Abstract

The main trends in the development of enterprises for the production of electrical equipment are considered. The main problems typical for enterprises producing electrical equipment have been identified. The prospects and specifics of building bionic–type organizations are analyzed, first of all, in relation to enterprises for the production of electrical equipment. A model of a developing bionic organization based on business community management has been developed.Â
