Abstract

La investigación analizó la gestión territorial y su incidencia en la producción agropecuaria en zonas vulnerables del cantón Pichincha (Manabí). Con enfoque descriptivo, se aplicaron encuestas a 379 habitantes (muestreo aleatorio simple), observación y análisis territorial, además de análisis espacial con SIG. Los resultados muestran que el 78,1% percibe un aumento de afectaciones ambientales asociadas a la transformación del territorio y expansión de áreas vulnerables; el 59,6% señala la insuficiencia de servicios públicos como problema territorial central, y el 51,7% considera el ordenamiento territorial la estrategia principal para reducir riesgos y fortalecer la sostenibilidad productiva.
