Manejo de las herramientas tecnológicas en las prácticas docentes del nivel secundario: una revisión narrativa

Abstract

La incorporación de tecnologías digitales en la educación secundaria se ha intensificado en la última década, planteando nuevas dinámicas en la enseñanza y el rol docente. Este artículo tuvo como objetivo analizar, a través de una revisión narrativa de literatura, cómo se integran las herramientas tecnológicas en las prácticas pedagógicas del profesorado de este nivel educativo. Desde un enfoque cualitativo, se revisaron estudios publicados entre 2020 y 2025, considerando criterios de relevancia, actualidad y aporte al campo educativo. Los hallazgos evidencian un uso creciente de plataformas como Google Classroom, Padlet, Kahoot y otras herramientas digitales asociadas a metodologías activas, colaborativas y centradas en el estudiante. Asimismo, se identifican beneficios en términos de motivación, participación y diversificación didáctica. No obstante, persisten barreras significativas, como el acceso desigual a recursos, la limitada formación docente y la escasa articulación institucional. Se concluye que la tecnología, por sí sola, no garantiza una mejora educativa, sino que debe ser integrada con criterios pedagógicos sólidos, reflexión crítica y condiciones de apoyo que favorezcan su uso transformador en el aula
