Impactos socioecológicos del senderismo en la Reserva Forestal Oriental de Bogotá

Abstract

El sendero ecológico Caminos Kilómetro 11, ubicado en la Reserva Forestal Protectora Bosque Oriental de Bogotá, enfrenta crecientes impactos socioambientales derivados de actividades de senderismo no reguladas. Este estudio aplicó herramientas de análisis sistémico como el modelo DPSIR, la Matriz de Conesa y la Matriz de Vester para identificar las principales presiones sobre los componentes ecológicos del área. Los resultados evidencian afectaciones moderadas en el suelo, el recurso hídrico y la fauna local, incluyendo desplazamiento de especies, compactación del suelo y contaminación por residuos. A pesar de estar ubicado en una zona de restauración ecológica, el sendero carece de una gestión integral que articule a visitantes, comunidades e instituciones. Se concluye que la sostenibilidad del sendero requiere intervenciones urgentes en educación ambiental, gobernanza participativa y monitoreo ecológico. El estudio propone una hoja de ruta para la conservación del sendero como corredor biológico funcional y espacio de recreación responsable.
