Percepción del apoyo interinstitucional en la prevención de las violencias: Un estudio entre actores claves

Abstract

Objetivo: La investigación analiza la percepción del apoyo interinstitucional en la prevención de la violencia, centrándose en la experiencia de actores clave en La Paz y El Alto. Metodología: A través de un enfoque metodológico mixto, se evalúan dimensiones como comunicación, colaboración, recursos compartidos y capacitación. Resultados: Los hallazgos indican que, aunque existe una percepción predominantemente positiva sobre el apoyo mutuo y la utilización de canales comunicativos, persisten desafíos significativos en la efectividad y profundidad de las colaboraciones. La investigación revela que las limitaciones en la estandarización de procesos, la desigual participación de actores y la falta de cobertura en áreas periféricas son dificultades para el fortalecimiento del trabajo en red. Además, se identifican oportunidades de mejora en la capacitación, sugiriendo la necesidad de diversificar los temas abordados y fomentar un aprendizaje continuo. Conclusiones: Este estudio contribuye al entendimiento de la gobernanza colaborativa en contextos de prevención de la violencia y ofrece recomendaciones prácticas para acciones colaborativas más efectivas y equitativas, orientadas a la protección de poblaciones vulnerables.
