Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivos determinar la efectividad con la que los gestores del CINGEP aplican las herramientas de IA en el diseño, creación y gestión de recursos educativos, evaluando si estas prácticas están alineadas con los objetivos pedagógicos establecidos; así como identificar la frecuencia y calidad de las capacitaciones que reciben sobre el uso de la IA y su impacto en la mejora de los recursos educativos. Se utilizó una metodología cuantitativa, utilizando un cuestionario cerrado a 18 gestores virtuales, de los cuales 17 respondieron, representando el 94% de la población. Los resultados determinaron que los gestores consideran la IA útil para personalizar y mejorar los recursos educativos, aunque la evaluación de la pertinencia, accesibilidad y corrección de sesgos es importante. Además, el estudio destaca la importancia de la formación continua y la revisión de los contenidos generados por IA para alinearlos con los objetivos pedagógicos. La calidad de las capacitaciones sobre IA también influye en la efectividad de los recursos.
