Una experiencia sistematizada: La inteligencia artificial, ¿aliada en la enseñanza o amenaza para el futuro?

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un estudio de caso cualitativo basado en la sistematización de la experiencia personal del autor durante nov-2022 y feb. 2024 de interacción cotidiana con diversas herramientas de inteligencia artificial (IA) en el contexto educativo. Mediante un proceso reflexivo y el análisis de bitácoras detalladas, se examinan en profundidad las motivaciones, expectativas, aprendizajes, optimización de procesos, dilemas éticos y proyecciones de uso futuro surgidos en torno a estas tecnologías emergentes. Entre los principales hallazgos que surgen de este estudio de caso se destaca el gran potencial de la inteligencia artificial como una herramienta para desarrollar diversas capacidades humanas, facilitando la optimización y automatización de múltiples tareas cotidianas. Asimismo, la experiencia también evidenció la necesidad de desarrollar el pensamiento crítico, la curiosidad y la creatividad en los contextos académicos, de modo que puedan identificar posibles sesgos en los modelos de IA. Con base a los aprendizajes generados, se resalta la importancia de establecer regulaciones claras y un marco ético robusto para promover un desarrollo responsable de estas tecnologías emergentes. Los resultados invitan a una implementación responsable, que maximice los beneficios de la IA al tiempo que mitigue riesgos éticos.
