Abstract

Objective: The research analyzes the perception of inter-institutional support in violence prevention, focusing on the experiences of key stakeholders in La Paz and El Alto. Methodology: Through a mixed methodological approach, dimensions such as communication, collaboration, shared resources, and training are evaluated. Results: The findings indicate that, while there is a predominantly positive perception of mutual support and the use of communication channels, significant challenges persist regarding the effectiveness and depth of collaborations. The research reveals that limitations in process standardization, unequal participation among stakeholders, and a lack of coverage in peripheral areas hinder the strengthening of networked efforts. Additionally, opportunities for improvement in training are identified, suggesting the need to diversify the topics addressed and promote continuous learning. Conclusions: This study contributes to the understanding of collaborative governance in violence prevention contexts and offers practical recommendations for more effective and equitable collaborative actions aimed at protecting vulnerable populations.
