Context of telework in latin america from a management and legal view. Systematic review

Introduction teleworking is not inertial to the use of technology, but rather responds to a global economic structure, determined by interests and contexts of a transnational and informational economy, which identifies the 21st century society, in which ICTs transform and radically redefine individuals and human relationships, in the economic, political, social and cultural spheres. Objective Describe the Context of Teleworking in Latin America from a Managerial and Legal Vision. Methodology: systematic review in different databases, using the method of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. Conclusions Teleworking is effective with respect to job satisfaction, as long as the teleworker feels a commitment to the organization that hires him or to which he previously belonged; In other words, they feel part of the company, this is because they may feel isolated, without the support provided by a teamwork work environment, something that happens in face-to-face jobs.
