Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness with which the CINGEP managers apply AI tools in the design, creation, and management of educational resources, evaluating whether these practices align with the established pedagogical objectives, and to identify the frequency and quality of the training they receive on the use of AI and its impact on the improvement of educational resources. A quantitative methodology was used, applying a closed-ended questionnaire to 18 virtual managers, of which 17 responded, representing 94% of the population. The results determined that the managers consider AI useful for personalizing and improving educational resources, although evaluating the relevance, accessibility, and correction of biases is important. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of continuous training and reviewing AI-generated content to align it with the pedagogical objectives. The quality of AI training also influences the effectiveness of the resources.
