Abstract

This study analyzes the integration of andragogical strategies based on neuroeducation in medical training. The objective is to identify the most effective methodologies and evaluate their impact on the learning of medical students. A systematic review of the literature was conducted, selecting recent studies from academic databases such as PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The results indicate a growing interest in the application of these strategies in Health Sciences, highlighting their effectiveness in improving knowledge retention and the development of clinical skills. However, challenges such as resistance to change and lack of resources were identified. In conclusion, neuroeducation offers considerable potential to innovate health education but requires further development and continuous training to maximize its impact.
