Abstract

The review analyzes the intersection between bioethics and artificial intelligence (AI) in the educational context, exploring emerging challenges and responsibilities. The text examines critical aspects such as student data privacy, equity in technological access, and the transformation of the teaching role. The need for a robust ethical framework that guarantees a responsible implementation of AI in education, considering principles of autonomy, justice and beneficence, is highlighted. The discussion addresses the importance of ethical training in AI professionals and the need for collaboration between educational institutions, governments and international organizations. The analysis emphasizes that while AI offers significant opportunities to improve education, it is crucial to establish regulations that ensure its equitable and beneficial development for all of society
