Abstract

Colleges and universities, as the highest educational institution and “cradle” of talent cultivation, assume broader responsibilities, with sacred missions. Facing the complicated and changeable world pattern and challenges, we should organically combine national defense education with ideological and political education, give full play to the role of ideological and political education, improve students’ awareness of national defense security and ideology and politics, face the realistic difficulties during the coordinated development of national defense education and ideological and political education in the new era, conduct a comprehensive analysis, provide solutions, and explore the integration of national defense education and ideological and political education, thus promoting the deep integration and development of national defense education and ideological and political education.
