Abstract

The study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of integrating digital technologies into the human resources management of medical institutions under conditions of dynamic workload. The methodology included a three- institution quasi-experiment with the implementation of iStaff Scheduler, ShiftMaster Pro, Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing SuccessFactors, MedLearn App, and Feedback360 platforms during 2024. Artificial intelligence algorithms, Student’s t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), logistic regression, and weekly digital surveys based on the Likert scale were used. The results showed a 26% increase in the accuracy of shift distribution, a 43.3% reduction in the time required to manually correct schedules, and a 47.2% reduction in the number of conflicts in schedules. The study also recorded a 31.5% reduction in overtime workload, a 42.1% reduction in downtime due to staff shortages, and a 36.2% reduction in the adaptation period for new employees. The number of calls to the human resources department decreased by 27.8%, which demonstrates the effectiveness of decentralised digital services. According to the results of digital surveys, the level of professional engagement increased by 22.3%, readiness for change by 24.6%, and independence by 27.8%, and the emotional burnout index decreased by 19.1%. The study found that employees who actively used mobile applications, in particular MedLearn App, had higher satisfaction with working conditions (OR = 2.31, p
