Abstract
The article examines the role of digital technologies as a crucial element of crisis management in regional development under current conditions. The study presents an analysis of the impact of digitalization on improving the efficiency of management processes, accelerating decision-making, and ensuring transparency in government actions. It has been found that digital technologies contribute to the optimization of logistics and resource management, leading to reduced time and resource expenditures. The article highlights that the enhancement of communication between government, business, and the public is achieved through the implementation of digital platforms that provide effective feedback and prompt responses to emerging issues. The study substantiates the interconnection between digitalization and regional innovation strategy, which together promote sustainable regional development, improve the quality of life for the population, and help overcome crises. The primary goals of regional innovation strategies are identified, including stimulating economic growth, developing infrastructure, enhancing competitiveness, improving the quality of life, attracting and retaining talent, organizing the business environment, and crisis management. As a result of the research, the main objectives of regional innovation strategies under current conditions were identified, which include: stimulating economic growth, developing infrastructure, enhancing competitiveness, improving the quality of life, attracting and retaining talent, organizing the business environment, and crisis management. The study also demonstrates that the effectiveness of crisis management depends on a comprehensive approach to developing innovative strategies, considering the specificities of regions, their needs, and opportunities. The sequence of stages in developing a regional innovation strategy with consideration of crisis management measures is presented, ensuring a synergistic effect for the country’s overall economic growth
