Abstract
This comprehensive article examines the contemporary approaches and practical steps toward transforming the housing and utility services sector through innovative stakeholder management against the backdrop of globalization, technological advancements, and climate change challenges. Highlighting the importance of identifying key stakeholders, it details the strategies for their engagement and mechanisms for interaction among different groups, crucial for enhancing the sector's resilience and sustainability. It showcases practical examples of innovative stakeholder management within the sector, including the use of digital platforms, implementation of social responsibility programs, and forging partnerships with the private sector. These examples demonstrate how modern technology and innovative approaches can significantly improve service delivery and sustainability. Special emphasis is placed on developing effective stakeholder engagement strategies, featuring the creation of a shared vision for sustainable development, ensuring transparency, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies. These strategies are aimed at not only elevating the quality and accessibility of utility services but also opening new avenues for sustainable urban development. By providing a nuanced understanding of the role of stakeholder management integration in ensuring the sustainable development of urbanized territories, the article contributes valuable insights into the theoretical foundation and practical application of integrated management approaches in the housing and utility services sector.
