Abstract
The main approaches (marketing, economic, social, psychological, philosophical, linguistic) to the definition of the concept of communication and communication process are considered in the work; identified the need to use a systematic approach in the process of building communications in any organization; to confirm the decisive influence of communication on the success of the organization, the generalized results of surveys of managers and employees of different organizations from different countries on the shortcomings in organizational communications and the potential for organizational problems during the communication process; a number of provisions are presented, which confirm the need for an effective communication system in the organization; the aspects of the organization's activity to which organizational communications are primarily directed are given; the components of the communication network (sender, message, channel, recipient) and stages of the communication process are considered; the definition of the concept of communicative noise is considered; the definition of communication barriers as a phenomenon is given; the main types of communication barriers (personal, physical and semantic) are listed and characterized, in particular, those barriers that are inherent in organizational communications are analyzed; the principles of building a communication system in the organization, compliance with which is one of the main factors in the effectiveness of the communication system; the role of communicative space in the process of implementation of strategic programs of organization development is indicated; identified measures and recommendations that, covering various aspects of the organization, help to improve the effectiveness of communication processes in the internal and external environments of the organization
