Abstract

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los factores clave que influyen en el crecimiento económico y la productividad en América Latina. Se utilizó el modelo PRISMA 2020 para revisar estudios relevantes publicados entre 2015 y 2025. El proceso consistió en una selección rigurosa de estudios pertinentes para la investigación. La búsqueda se realizó en bases de datos como Scopus, Web of Science (WoS) y SciELO, utilizando los términos: “crecimiento económico”, “productividad total de factores”, “informalidad”, “comercio internacional”, “desarrollo económico” y sus combinaciones en inglés. Los resultados muestran que la informalidad, la asignación ineficiente de recursos y las distorsiones en el mercado laboral afectan significativamente la productividad en la región. Se concluye que la mejora en la productividad es esencial para un crecimiento económico sostenible en América Latina, lo cual puede lograrse a través de reformas estructurales, la reducción de la informalidad, el fortalecimiento institucional y el fomento de la competitividad empresarial.
