Abstract

The article deals with the problems of financing the development of housing construction in regions of Ukraine. The ways of improving the use of financial and economic mechanisms for housing development in the regions of Ukraine are summarized. The organizational principles of forming the strategy of financial and economic support for the development of housing construction in the regions have been determined. The mechanism of introduction of combined financing for housing development in regions is recommended. Public-private partnership has been proposed as a tool to support the development of housing construction in the regions
