Social capital evaluation in context of educational public goods infrastructure development in Ukrainian economy

Abstract

The specific character of social capital formation in the national economy due to evaluation of regional peculiarities of educational public goods infrastructure development in 2000–2017 has been analyzed in the article. The Polish experience concerning the reorganization of the educational institutions network by their types was studied and risks in the field of social capital formation in Ukraine were structurised. The author has formed recommendations for the improvement of social capital state taking into account the necessity of regional disproportions decreasing of educational public goods infrastructure development in Ukrainian economy
