Software target method as the dominant element of personnel management of the formation of the global economy

Abstract

The article explores the programmatic target method of the personnel management system, defines the principles of organizational support for the development of human capital of the enterprise through the development of a personnel development management system, defines the role of personnel management in achieving the strategic objectives of the enterprise, examines domestic and foreign experience, evaluates the effectiveness of their use. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the scheme of strategic human resources management in providing economic efficiency is proposed, the basis of which is a program-oriented approach
