Abstract

In the article the necessity of the analysis of the balanced system of indicators is presented, the main stages of the analysis of the balanced system of indicators are presented, the model of the strategic map for PJSC "Kredmash" is constructed and the measures of optimization of the activity of PJSC "Kredmash" in the section of the main components of the LSS are proposed
