Abstract

The article defines the essence of the concept of "decoupling factor" as a necessary condition for the effective functioning of the cluster model of eco-innovation development in the context of limiting the resources of the modern world and orienting to the green economy; the characteristic features of the cluster model of eco innovation development of the cross-border region, as a result of the decoupling factor are investigated
