Convergence and cooperation in production systems: Scientific discussion in the context of management harmonization

Abstract

Harmonization of relations between subsystems of the economic activity subject lies in the approach (emergence) of the vision and understanding of corporate goals and objectives by managers of different levels and direct operating executives. In other words, the management of subject development should be based on the principle of convergence of its subsystems, especially in terms of compliance with the proportions of harmonization of certain parameters correlation. Convergence, as a process of goals approach, accelerates the development of vertical and horizontal subsystems co-operation, which determines the emergence of synergistic effect. In the presence of the latter, the speed of goals achieving is increasing, which is important in terms of ensuring the economic entity competitiveness
