Innovative potential of personnel of the enterprise: Essence, management and methods of evaluation

Abstract

In the article the process of formation of innovative abilities of personnel, the content of the concept of “innovative potential of personnel” and its components are explored. Elemental components are selected: communicative, intellectual, natural, entrepreneurial and motivational. It is shown that the innovative potential of the personnel is a complicated category and depends on internal and external factors. The factors of influence on formation, development and use of innovative potential of the personnel are revealed. The methodical approaches to the estimation of innovative potential of the personnel are analyzed. Improved methods for its evaluation
