Srchitectonics of the energy development system on the build energy cluster platform

Abstract

The article deals with the monitoring of the commercial real estate market in the Kiev region, where the main problems and prospects of its development are determined. On the basis of the integrative-convergence approach, the main scientific and methodological provisions of the interdisciplinary energy saving development as a system education are presented. The reference of energy saving development on the platform of the integrative convergence approach will provide the opportunity to comprehensively explore the issues of implementation of energy saving measures at the development objects, taking into account the specifics of construction, investment-innovation component and use a combination of priority approaches in the context of energy efficiency improvement.
