Employee's motivation and work stimulation under the condition of economic crisis

Abstract

The article contains look at role of material and non-material motivation during economic recession. The example of survey, which took place in Greece during economic crisis, brought to light most important factors affecting motivation for more effective employee`s behavior under the conditions of recession. Based on experience we can find out which instruments of non-material motivation are appropriate for Ukrainian managers to use
