Knowledge management system as an instrument for efficient use of intellectual potential of the enterprise

Abstract

There were carried out the theoretical generalization, preconditions and practice of formation of a new type of management activity of modern enterprises - knowledge management, aimed at accumulation and effective use of intellectual potential. Proposed own vision of the term "knowledge management enterprise". The methodological background is thoroughly developed and recommendations for the formation and functioning of the integrated knowledge management system of enterprises are developed in order to increase their competitiveness. It is indicated on the main vectors of improvement of the enterprise knowledge management system
