Abstract
In today's world, digital technologies play an important role in the development and transformation of the tourism business. The impact of digital technologies on the marketing and promotion of travel services, namely: the creation of websites, mobile applications, the use of social media, the use of artificial intelligence and smart technologies in hotels, allows travel companies to attract more customers and provide personalized offers. The article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digital innovations on the tourism business in the modern world, to the study of modern trends and important aspects of the use of digital solutions. The main aspects of the development of digital technologies in the field of tourism and potential prospects are substantiated, as well as the development of online booking systems for customer support and the introduction of virtual reality in tourist excursions, which make travel more convenient and interesting. The impact of digital innovations on improving the quality of tourist service and improving the management of tourist enterprises is determined. The advantages and challenges associated with the introduction of digital technologies in the tourism industry, which determine the main directions of the development of the tourism sector, are analyzed. Possibilities for improving the quality of service and developing the tourist business in the future are offered. It was determined that the impact of digital technologies on data analysis and decision-making in the tourism business, the large amount of information generated by digital channels, allow companies to improve strategies and forecast demand. It has been proven that today the importance of adapting tourism companies to the digital environment is promising due to the use of digital technologies, which in turn will contribute to increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the tourism business.
