Abstract
This article summarizes the problem of the nature of corporate conflict. It defines as disagreement of opposing interests, views, or opinions. Negative emotions usually accompany it. Some sources emphasize the problem of conflict management, as literary sources and approaches to solving the problem show. However, business ethics in conflict management still needs to be researched. That is why it becomes the goal of our research. The urgency of research. Findings indicate that Ukrainian business has a more complex issue than others. Current business conditions are about high uncertainty of economic conditions, accelerating innovation processes, and intense competition. It creates a high demand for the quality of enterprises' human resources. Developing intellectual capital for improving business and competitiveness is one of management's main tasks. Today, employees work under extreme conditions but with high productivity, which causes stress. It provokes numerous conflicts. A concept focused on business ethics and conflict management will help to achieve business goals. The research showed the following result. First, we theorize the concepts of conflict and conflict generator. Second, we analyze behavior strategies in conflict. We distinguish the following strategies of behavior in conflict: rivalry; adaptation; avoidance; compromise; cooperation; suppression; talks. Third, we discuss business ethics in conflict management. High levels of collaboration contribute to positive outcomes for employees, and high levels of compromise contribute to positive business outcomes
