Management of adaptation of the organizations personnel in the personnel management system

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of managing the adaptation of the organization's personnel in modern conditions. The essence of the adaptation process of the organization's personnel is revealed. The defining characteristics of the adaptation of the organization's personnel have been formed. The goals of adaptation of the organization's personnel are defined. The conditions on which the success of adaptation of newly appointed personnel depends are determined. The results of the successful adaptation of the organization's employees, which can be achieved through the formation of effective mechanisms for the entry of new personnel into the organization, are indicated. The expediency of ensuring the process of employee inclusion in the organization, assimilation and acceptance by the new employee of the organization's requirements and rules is substantiated. The need to manage the adaptation process of newly appointed employees is indicated. The importance of the personnel adaptation process as an important element of the organization's personnel management system, which is interconnected with the basic functions of personnel management, is characterized. The task of managing the adaptation of personnel in the organization is singled out. The factors that positively and negatively affect the management of the process of personnel adaptation in the organization are determined. The methods of management of the adaptation process are presented and their content and purpose are disclosed. The functional tasks of managing the adaptation of the organization's personnel are substantiated. It is noted that a functionally adapted manager in the organization must have flexible professional thinking, respond to requests from the external environment, be able to make management decisions and bear responsibility for their consequences. The relationship between the degree of adaptation of a new employee to the organization and the level of his position is outlined. The influence of the type of personnel policy of the organization on the management of personnel adaptation is substantiated. The place of personnel adaptation in the personnel management system of the organization is determined. It is pointed out the need to ensure the complex and continuous nature of management of adaptation of the organization's personnel
