The purpose of the article is to reveal the criteria for choosing logistics strategies and to identify the factor influencing the efficiency of logistics systems in the enterprise to ensure its competitiveness in modern business conditions. It is established that the competitive logistics strategy of the enterprise is a well-thought-out, planned and effectively implemented activity that is part of the overall development strategy of the enterprise for: coordinated in time and space procurement, storage, transportation, distribution. allows you to supply raw materials in a fixed quantity, range, quality, within a certain time, at optimal cost, to a certain point of the production process, and ensures the achievement of economic results and competitive advantages. It is proved that the main criteria for choosing competitive logistics strategies are cost reduction and differentiation of services. Therefore, when forming the logistics strategy of the enterprise should use the curve of dependence of the level of logistics services on the required level of costs, including their alternative combinations.
