Innovative information technologies tourist enterprises

Abstract

The article considers the structure of the modern system of innovative information technologies used in tourism enterprises. It is emphasized that the use of innovative information technologies in each segment of the tourism industry, such as hotels, ticket booking, creation of specialized tourism products, is interconnected with all others. At the same time, modern innovative information technologies make it possible not only to automate the process of organizing tourist facilities, but also the process of making management decisions and providing tourist services. The most effective innovative information technologies in the tourism business are highlighted. The role and place of innovative information technologies of tourist enterprises are determined. The largest tourist enterprises in Ukraine that try to use modern innovative information technologies are described. For managers of modern enterprises and organizations of the tourism industry, the use of modern innovative information technologies allows: to control productivity and efficiency of business processes; to increase the investment attractiveness of the tourist enterprise; quickly identify "bottlenecks" in the management of processes in tourism enterprises; improve the quality of service and provision of services; increase the availability of tourist services; accelerate the introduction of energy and resource-saving technologies; to develop enterprises of the tourism industry by intensifying the processes of integration between service organizations and tourism enterprises. Successful operation of tourist enterprises in the market of tourist services is almost impossible without the use of modern information technology, as they allow to accelerate the process of management decisions and receive information in the shortest possible time about vehicle availability and accommodation, provide fast reservation and reservation, and automation solution of auxiliary tasks during the provision of tourist services
