The article considers modern features of effective application of information and communication technologies in the process of management of modern enterprises. It is determined that the latest technological solutions are not only to increase the efficiency of the production process, but also directly affect the professional activities of employees of the enterprise in each of its divisions. In this case, digital and information solutions with equal efficiency can be used for recruitment processes at the enterprise, and to improve the efficiency of a particular area of production.
