Features of management of investment activity of production enterprises in the conditions of economic globalization

Abstract

Investment activity of production enterprises in modern conditions largely depends on external conditions. Significant rates of economic globalization and general technical and technological development have a significant impact on its assistance, which intensify the aging process of technologies and increase the role of innovation and innovative renewal of the production base of economic entities. Due to the special importance for the efficient operation of enterprises and ensuring a high level of their competitiveness, it is possible to obtain investment activities that have achieved the goal of meeting modern technological requirements. In this aspect, simple investments are not relevant, the need to upgrade production is greater than the previous upgrade of equipment. Thus, enterprises use the need to build a specialized system of investment management, which should be aimed at planning and monitoring the implementation of investment plans in close connection with the strategic development plans of the enterprise. The study considers the complex requirements for enterprises that require effective investment activities in conditions of increased competition. The need to form an effective and efficient plan of investment activities of the enterprise, which should be clearly used with the overall strategic plan of its development. The advantage will help to join the contribution to innovative projects, especially - in the acquisition of new technologies, copyrights and patents. This material investment should be joined, first of all in equipment, machinery and production tools, and only then - in the acquisition of land or production facilities. A number of solutions for improving the efficiency of the investment process in manufacturing enterprises and effective management of investment activities are proposed.
