Enterprise personnel development management in the conditions of economic globalization

Abstract

Management of personnel development in the conditions of increasing intensity of technological development and further spread of globalization becomes especially important for enterprises, as increasing the technological complexity of production requires the involvement of more qualified personnel to ensure the efficient operation of production processes. At the same time, staff costs are also growing, as more skilled labor requires an adequate increase in the level of its payment. Therefore, the rapid response of enterprises to today's requirements at minimal cost requires the organization of in-house staff development system, which would, on the one hand, provide training for employees of the appropriate level of professional qualification, and on the other - would allow the company to better use available resources for training. The article considers modern features of formation and functioning of the system of enterprise personnel development in the conditions of influence of economic globalization. It is determined that the problem of providing enterprises with employees of the appropriate level of education and qualification requires regular updating of their skills through the construction of a system of personnel development. The most important elements that determine the effectiveness of this system are the sources of its funding and specific aspects of staff development - vocational training, retraining and advanced training. The efficiency of application of the integrated system of personnel development which allows not only to increase qualitative indicators of activity of workers, but provides growth of level of labor productivity at the enterprise is defined
