Improvement of state investment policy in the area of transformation infrastructure of Ukraine

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of the investment climate improving in Ukraine and solving the problematic issues of state regulation of investment activity, including in the transport and logistics sphere. The analysis of foreign direct investment inflows, dynamics and structure of capital investments, volumes of construction products produced and investment in the development of transport infrastructure in Ukraine are carried out. It has been proved that the investment climate in Ukraine remains unfavorable, the activity of the subjects of investment activity is rather low, the return on investment is low and ROI distribution is inefficient. The main reasons for the slowdown in the development of investment entrepreneurship and logistics business in Ukraine and the factors that hinder the process of improving the investment climate and increasing investments in the state economy have been identified. It is shown that in Ukraine the issues of technical re-equipment and modernization of transport infrastructure objects need urgent solution. The necessity to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of investment attraction has been proved. It is shown that in Ukraine a sound and effective state investment policy should be formed, what would take into account possibilities and necessities of development of country and was directed on the increase of it investment attractiveness. It is proved that the effectiveness of state regulation and related management decisions is determined by a number of quantitative and qualitative factors of technical, technological, socio-economic and organizational character that shape the investment climate and affect the investment market in the future, shape the economic potential of the construction sector. The result of the research is to provide practical proposals for the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for activating investment activity to provide organizational, institutional, financial and legal prerequisites for the development of investment activity in Ukraine
