Abstract

The article presents the author’s definition of communication business processes, by which it is proposed to understand such information exchange processes that encompass the entire business system as a whole and are aimed at obtaining the planned results (economic, informational, managerial, etc.), which, in contrast from existing ones, expands understanding of their structural and logical essence of this type of business processes in terms of their all-encompassing influence. A systematization of varieties of communication business processes at industrial enterprises with respect to objects of influence and communication tasks is proposed. Cross-connections and interaction between the components of the enterprise management system open up new opportunities for their integration, and therefore, the identification of new types of communication business processes and their classification are important on the way to further improving the organizational and economic activities of the enterprise
