推薦系統中演算法強化與使用者偏好共演化機制研究

Abstract

推薦系統是智慧資訊分發中的關鍵技術,已經成為人們獲取資訊方式中的重要部分。在實際運行中,系統會根據使用者的點擊、流覽和停留等行為反復調整模型參數,這種調整提高了個性化程度和推薦準確性,但同時也在慢慢改變使用者的興趣結構和偏好取向。本文從運行機制出發,討論演算法強化過程與使用者偏好變化之間相互影響、相互塑造的關係,研究首先介紹了推薦系統的基本技術結構和演算法強化的工作方式,指出使用者行為在系統中具有雙重意義,用戶行為直接表達個人興趣和選擇傾向和這些行為會被系統記錄並作為回饋資料重新輸入模型,用來指導下一輪推薦,兩種作用在系統中同時存在,使演算法學習和使用者選擇形成一個持續運轉的反饋回路。文章從機制層面分析了使用者偏好在推薦系統中的變化過程,說明在長期重複的回饋作用下,用戶更容易反復接觸相似內容,興趣逐漸集中在有限的內容類別型上,而其他類型被看到的機會不斷減少,這種偏好收縮和多樣性下降,並不是由個體主觀意願單獨決定的,而是由系統回饋結構本身推動形成的結果。本文提出一個演算法與使用者共同變化的系統模型,將推薦系統理解為一個由演算法學習和人類行為共同驅動的整體系統,這一系統在持續回饋過程中不斷調整自身狀態,表現出明顯的適應性、不均勻變化以及對早期選擇高度依賴的特徵。基於這一認識,文章從工程設計角度討論了強化目標設定、系統穩定性以及內容多樣性等問題,強調在系統設計階段應正視演算法強化對系統長期走向的影響。本文從系統運行和機制結構的角度解釋推薦系統在長期使用中的行為邏輯,為理解演算法強化條件下的人與演算法互動關係提供一種清晰、直接的分析思路。
