演算法調度下外賣騎手的縫隙生存與城市空間不正義現象研究

Abstract

在平臺經濟快速發展的背景下，外賣騎手成為城市物流網路中不可或缺的“數位勞動者”。本文以演算法調度機制為核心視角，深入剖析外賣平臺如何通過資料邏輯與調度規則塑造騎手的勞動路徑與城市空間分佈。研究發現，平臺演算法通過績效評分、地理派單、激勵體系等方式構建出一種“效率優先”的調度邏輯，導致騎手被迫在空間結構中進行縫隙式生存，其勞動權益與時間掌控能力持續受限。與此同時，演算法強化了城市中心–邊緣的空間等級結構，形成新的“數位化空間不正義”。本文結合理論框架、資料建模與政策分析，提出應通過演算法透明機制、平臺參與治理、空間補償機制與跨平臺倫理監督等方式，實現平臺調度機制的結構性糾偏與城市空間的正義再構。研究揭示了數位平臺如何在技術治理名義下隱性再生產城市不平等結構，具有一定的政策啟示與理論價值。
