Abstract

This study explores how ridesharing and digital mobility platforms affect accessibility for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). While CTE services can promote independence and flexibility, barriers such as infrastructural, digital, and economic challenges persist, requiring inclusive design and effective policy implementation.
