Percepcija rizika od katastrofa i izvori informacija: Hrvatski studenti poslovne ekonomije i referentne skupine EU

Abstract

U uvjetima sve izraženijih klimatskih i sigurnosnih prijetnji, jačanje otpornosti postaje društveni prioritet. Rad analizira razinu svijesti o rizicima od katastrofa i preferencijama izvora informacija studenata poslovne ekonomije u Hrvatskoj u usporedbi s referentnim skupinama studenata i opće populacije iz EU-27 i Republike Hrvatske. Istraživanje je provedeno na kriterijskom uzorku studenata Ekonomskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (N=103) primjenom Eurobarometar metodologije. Rezultati potvrđuju da hrvatski studenti imaju statistički značajno višu svijest o rizicima (81,2%) u odnosu na studente EU-27 (66,9%) te opću populaciju EU-27 i Republike Hrvatske, što korelira s visokim udjelom osobnog iskustva katastrofe (83%). Analiza informiranja otkriva postojanje hibridnog modela: uz dominaciju digitalnih kanala, studenti značajno koriste nacionalne medije, što ukazuje na informacijsku zrelost i potragu za vjerodostojnim sadržajem. Doprinos rada očituje se u empirijskoj analizi specifičnog profila budućih menadžera kod kojih je, unatoč visokoj svijesti, prepoznata potreba za nadogradnjom stvarne sposobnosti za krizno djelovanje. Rad stoga predlaže mjere za transformaciju pasivne svijesti u operativnu spremnost kroz uvođenje simulacijskih vježbi i prilagodbu kriznog komuniciranja.
