Trajectory of enterprise export development

Abstract

Small and medium size enterprises operate in very different forms and types of activities in various international markets. Very strong competition, which occurs in the domestic market, as well as its small size, in case of small countries in particular and, consequently the saturation of the internal commodities market, which further sale to generate interest of the company. This situation oblige the company to go with the offer to the foreign markets. At the same time, the very large capital resources and the big entry costs to the foreign markets contribute to the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises have greatly reduced the chances of functioning in foreign markets as opposed to the big companies. The main point of this article is the analyze the correlation between the level of export’s development, expansion into international markets, and the stages of business life for NC Churchill and V. I. Lewis. The survey was conducted at the 2012 on a sample of 1,600 companies based on quantitative and qualitative methodology, and the article is selected only part of the research results.
