Abstract

Introducción: Este artículo analiza la gestión de procesos orientada a la generación de valor en la industria electrónica de la provincia de Pinar del Río, Cuba. Se presentan los conceptos teóricos clave que sustentan la propuesta metodológica. Metodología: Se realizó un análisis documental para verificar la normativa vigente en la Empresa de Componentes Electrónicos, con énfasis en los procesos relacionados con la producción de tóner para impresoras. Además, se efectuaron entrevistas a la totalidad del personal, utilizando métodos teóricos-lógicos para validar las respuestas obtenidas. Resultados: Los métodos empíricos empleados permitieron confirmar la pertinencia del mapeo de los procesos involucrados en la producción de tóner, lo que facilitó la elaboración de un mapa de procesos centrado en dicho producto.
