Abstract

En toda entidad el desarrollo de la cultura ayuda al crecimiento de lo novedoso, permitiendo que las actividades se lleven de forma fácil y acertadas dejando generar conocimientos manejados por cada uno de los individuos. Tomando en cuenta la realidad de las empresas la cultura innovativa ayuda a mejorar así como generar alternativas en la tecnología utilizadas en las cuales se adaptan los valores y conocimientos.******In any entity the development of culture helps the growth of the new, allowing activities to be carried easily and successful leaving generate knowledge managed by each one of the individuals.
