Relación entre prospectiva, competitividad y su importancia en las tareas del negociador internacional

Abstract

Resumen La Prospectiva es una disciplina que busca el desarrollo estructural de las organizaciones y el desempeno profesional. Este artículo aborda la relación entre esta disciplina, la competitividad y la construcción de futuro por medio de la ejecución de las tareas del negociador internacional, especialmente en la construcción de estrategias de negociación en un entorno cada vez más globalizado y descentralizado. Se evidencia que la prospectiva establece las bases de formulación de escenarios alternativos para hacer negocios, adquirir visiones de negocios a largo plazo y establecer procesos de negociación mucho más participativos, integrales, sistémicos y eficaces; que son, en esencia, las tareas fundamentales del negociador internacional. Mientras el negociador Internacional corresponda efectivamente a estas tareas, con visión prospectiva, el alcance de un adecuado desempeno profesional y de la competitividad son mucho más alcanzables. ****** Abstract Prospective is a discipline conceived as a strategic tool for the structural development of organizations and professional performance. This article refers to the relation among this discipline, competitiveness and futures building through the analysis of an international negotiator’s tasks, particularly in creating negotiation strategies in an increasingly globalized and decentralized business environment. It is evident that prospective provides the basis for formulating alternative scenarios to do business, acquire business visions and establish long-term negotiation processes that will be more participative, holistic, systemic and effective ; they are, in essence, the basic tasks of international negotiators. As negotiators effectively use these tasks with a prospective approach, an appropriate professional performance and competitiveness will be more achievable.
