Abstract

Resumen El presente artículo destaca una visión prospectiva del recurso humano involucrado en la producción agrícola del departamento de Bolívar durante los próximos 20 anos. Este ejercicio de investigación se apoya en la metodología Delphi, lo que permite crear un escenario futuro a partir de la consulta de actores involucrados y expertos en la materia. De esta manera, se obtienen los principales retos del sector agrícola, como la formación y capacitación del talento humano, del mismo modo, garantizar la seguridad alimentaria supone un importante reto para el mencionado sector. ****** Abstract This article proposes a prospective vision of the human talent to be involved in the agricultural production of the Bolivar Province for the next 20 years. This research is based on the Delphi methodology, which allows creating a future scenario from the involved actors and experts in the subject. Thus, the main challenges in the agricultural sector, such as training human talent or ensuring food security are defined.
