Sistema de gestión social para pequenas y medianas empresas

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación corresponde al diseno de un sistema de gestión social, como estrategia orientada a mejorar la competitividad y asegurar la sostenibilidad de la pequena y mediana empresa, el cual fue desarrollado a partir del análisis interno y externo de un grupo de Pymes del sector industrial y turísticode la ciudad de Cartagena. La estructura disenada contempla la existencia de un proceso sistemático y cíclico de mejora continua y se compone de cinco fases: Sensibilizar, Planear, Implementar, Medir-valuar, comunicar y Ajustar.
