Actos de corrupción como violación a los derechos humanos

Abstract

Pese a que la corrupción ha sido un fenómeno estudiado durante mucho tiempo, hasta ahora no ha sido posible erradicarla. Como estrategia para la lucha anticorrupción se ha intensificado la labor de investigación y prevención con el fin de reducir casos futuros. Al asumir este fenómeno como causa de violación de derechos humanos, se encuentra que puede ser uno de los principales factores generadores de pobreza y desigualdad alrededor del mundo, razón por la cual es importante la participación activa de todos los sectores de la sociedad para fortalecer las medidas de investigación, sanción y prevención de este delito.
